SECTION 4. of the Society Statutes

MEMBERS, THEIR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Article 11. Organization Membership

1. Members of the Organization shall be persons who are aged eighteen - residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation, as well as stateless individuals, who share the Organization's goals and have paid the fee (its amount and the procedure of payment are to be determined by the Presidium of the Organization).
The Organization membership and its termination are free-will.
3. All persons wishing to become members of the Organization shall make application in writing. The Organization Presidium shall consider all such applications and accept or reject them by using a simple majority vote.
4. The membership may be terminated on a voluntary basis.
To resign the member shall submit the written statement to the Presidium of the Organization.
The Presidium's decision on this matter is not required.
6. The Presidium of the Organization terminates the membership of a member for the following reasons:
(1) a disregard for the Statutes
(2) non-compliance with the Management Body's decisions made within the limits of the Statutes;
(3) actions which are substantially inconsistent with the Organization ethics.

Article 12. Rights and Obligations of the Organization Members

1. The organization members have the rights:
(1) to elect and be elected to the Managing and Auditing Bodies of the Organization and its respective Branch;
(2) to submit proposals concerning the Organization's activity;
(3) to participate in all actions carried out by the Organization;
(4) to receive any information on the Organization's activity;
(5) to submit proposals concerning the Organization's activity;
(6) to seek help from the Organization and protection of rights and legitimate interests;
2. The member of the Organization is obliged:
(1) to take an active part in the Organization's activity aimed at the achievement of its goals;
(2) to observe and execute all requirements and regulations of the present Statutes, as well as any decisions of the Organization management bodies made within the framework of the Statutes;
(3) to give the Organization full support in its actions;
(4) to pay a subscription (amount and procedure of payment are to be determined by the Presidium of the Organization).
